With a focus on user experience and accessibility, we're committed to making high-quality education accessible to everyone, regardless of geographical location or background. **The Role** As our first full-time Customer Support Representative, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the customer experience and helping us scale our support team. You'll be trained directly by our founder, Vasco Cavalheiro, and will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company from the ground up. **Responsibilities** * Learn our software product and start answering support questions from customers * Help write and maintain the help center documentation to ensure our users have the best possible experience * Test the product and report any issues you find, providing valuable feedback to help us improve our platform * Collaborate with our development team to identify and resolve technical issues * Develop a deep understanding of our product and its features to provide expert-level support to our customers **Essential Qualifications** * Fluency in native-like English is essential, as you'll be writing to customers and creating documentation in English * Familiarity with software products, web hosting products, and preferably online course platforms would be ideal * Basic understanding of how DNS works, including setting up DNS for a website using CNAME and CAA DNS records, would be a huge plus **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in customer support or a related field * Familiarity with online course platforms and their unique challenges * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Job Perks and Conditions** * Competitive salary of $300 USD per month, negotiable * Full-time job as a freelancer, with the flexibility to work from home and set your own schedule * Paid via wire transfer or Upwork Direct contracts * Flexible schedule, with most hours worked in the morning and afternoon of your timezone * 20 days of leave per year, plus additional time off during peak holiday periods (December 22nd to January 1st and July 15th to August 15th) **What We Offer** * A dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages growth and development * Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth * A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and more * A chance to be part of a revolutionary company that's changing the face of education **How to Apply** If you're passionate about customer support and online learning, we want to hear from you!
