Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant and Data Entry Clerk to work remotely on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, performing data entry tasks, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Key Responsibilities As an Administrative Assistant and Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: Creating spreadsheets to track important information and sales Maintaining databases by entering new and updated account information Verifying entered account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data Providing occasional administrative support and assisting with special projects that require large amounts of data entry Performing data entry in EMR and preparing information for data entry Providing entry-level administrative support to the data entry function and performing high-volume data entry work Maintaining data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures Operating data entry devices to perform a variety of keypunching, data entry, and verification duties Reviewing and verifying data prior to entry and performing daily audits and data entry corrections Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Excellent typing skills and attention to detail Strong organizational and analytical skills Experience with Microsoft Excel (or similar software) is a plus At least 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field Basic PC skills and proficiency with internet applications Strong English language skills (written and spoken) Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team Residency in the US is required Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience with data entry software and systems Knowledge of data management principles and practices Strong problem-solving and time management skills Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
