Your key responsibilities will include: Accurately entering data into our QuickClaim system using a consistent flow of images, with a focus on attention to detail and efficiency. Identifying document types based on provided guidelines, demonstrating your ability to follow instructions and adapt to new processes. Reviewing and verifying that entered data meets quality standards, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and reliability. Maintaining confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards, demonstrating your commitment to data security and client confidentiality. Collaborating professionally with other team members as needed, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment. Suggesting improvements or enhancements to job processes, showcasing your proactive approach and willingness to innovate. Ensuring all tasks are completed each day before clocking out, demonstrating your strong work ethic and responsibility. Performing other basic office duties as assigned, adapting to changing priorities and requirements. Compensation and Schedule At arenaflex, we offer a competitive compensation package and flexible scheduling options to support your work-life balance. Details include: Pay Rate: $12 per hour, with opportunities for growth and development. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with full-time preferred, offering flexibility to suit your needs. A minimum of 20 hours per week is required, with available shifts varying between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
