Key Responsibilities: As an Experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry Specialist, you will be responsible for: Providing high-quality patient care in a Telemetry setting, including assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Monitoring patients' vital signs, laboratory results, and other data to identify potential health concerns and develop strategies to address them. Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes. Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety. Staying up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, research, and best practices in Telemetry nursing. Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: A current RN license in good standing. At least 2 years of experience in a Telemetry setting. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. National and state certification (as required). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Advanced certification in Telemetry nursing (e.g., CCRN, CNRN). Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare technology. Leadership or mentorship experience in a healthcare setting. Fluency in a second language (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, etc.).
