**Experienced Quota Analyst II - Customer Service Operations**

As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, including premium broadband, security solutions, voice, and digital TV services, all delivered through our enhanced fiber network. **About the Role** As a Quota Analyst II, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our technicians have the capacity and resources they need to meet the demands of our customers. You'll work closely with Dispatch Planners/Managers and Field Leadership to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions to optimize our field service operations. Your work will directly contribute to making blithequark the most helpful internet service provider, ensuring our customers Internet better™ every day. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor capacity reports and dashboards to identify areas of high demand and adjust capacity accordingly * Maintain technician schedules, including working time, non-working days, and reoccurring activities * Collaborate with field leadership to develop solutions to add capacity in areas of high demand * Coordinate travel for technicians between donor and recipient markets * Monitor capacity solutions to ensure a return on investment and budget expectations are met * Work with routing planners and field managers to balance strategic needs of low intervals with tactical needs of met appointments * Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure enough field capacity is available for forecasted demand * Build daily/weekly reports as needed on a rotating basis **Do You Have What It Takes?** * Proficient in problem-solving and analytical thinking * Proficient in field service systems and inbound dispatch systems * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment * Innovative and highly motivated with a positive, outgoing attitude * Ability to work in a group to reach common goals and adapt to process improvements and changes * Basic PC knowledge and keyboarding skills * Knowledge of basic grammar rules and business math **Minimum Requirements** * College degree and 2-4 years of professional-level experience; or 6+ years of professional-level related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional-level related experience **What We Offer** * Competitive starting compensation range of $50,000 to $64,300 * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance plans, 401K plan, health and flexible savings account, life and AD&D insurance plans, educational assistance plan, and identity theft, legal, auto, and home and pet insurance * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **Physical and Audio-Visual Needs** * Standing occasionally (0-33%) * Walking occasionally (0-33%) * Sitting and stationary continuously (67-100%) * Bending occasionally (0-33%) * Crouching occasionally (0-33%) * Carrying occasionally (0-33%) * Reaching occasionally (0-33%) * Lifting and lowering >1-15 lbs occasionally (0-33%) * Repetitive hand action with medium dexterity continuously (67-100%) * Fine manipulating frequently (34-66%) * Hearing continuously (67-100%) * Near vision continuously (67-100%) * Far vision occasionally (0-33%) * Peripheral vision occasionally (0-33%) **Equipment Used in Job Performance** * Computer * Printer * Fax * Telephone * Basic office supplies * Copier **Join Our Team** At blithequark, we celebrate the authenticity and uniqueness of our people and their ideas.
