You will work closely with our team to develop, present, and implement proposals for new ideas and projects, as well as perform basic analysis to mitigate the risk of resistance through process enhancements. These enhancements will support our organization's objectives, including keeping costs low, modernizing operations, and improving compliance, thereby giving us a competitive edge. **Responsibilities and Expectations** The responsibilities and expectations of the Quality Control Standards Data Analyst may include, but are not limited to: * Perform and assist others in the Quality Control team in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing data components to identify trends and patterns. * Help create and communicate results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders. * Assist in exploring ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and provide insightful answers to enable Senior Leadership to make business decisions while adjusting existing task responsibilities. * Present findings, trends, and potential suggestions by utilizing data visualization tools to support the applicable areas of the analysis to ease partner understanding. * Help create and disseminate specific questions to collect and organize data from various sources, outlining the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements. * Identify irregularities in processes through reviews/surveys and communicate findings to the team. * Assess the effectiveness of processes and strategies by observing for patterns and errors. * Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision. * May perform other work duties as directed by Group Leader. **Information, Skills, Work Style, and Abilities** * Ability to collect, coordinate, and analyze large amounts of data with care and precision. * Ability to effectively listen, understand, and communicate ideas and present them in writing, verbally, or presentations delivered to groups of varying audiences. * Ability to evaluate business issues, identify opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics. * Familiarity with Microsoft Office is required. * Knowledge of data visualization tools and skills, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase, is preferred. * Ability to identify the issue, summarize, and perform root cause analysis on data, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning. * Ability to use PowerPoint to build presentations for verbal communications is preferred. * Past internship, capstone projects, and research coursework is preferred. * Ability to work successfully in high-pressure areas of strength for a help/group-oriented climate. * Ability to focus on liabilities accurately and be an independent thinker. * Past internship experience in a related field is preferred. * Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately. * Ability to plan and support large business initiatives. **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $26 * Opportunity to work remotely with a dynamic and innovative team * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * Generous paid time off and holidays * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at blithequark.
