You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, with opportunities to grow and develop your skills and career. **Responsibilities** * Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries, using your active listening skills and creative problem-solving abilities * Provide excellent customer service, treating customers with sensitivity and respect * Work with confidential customer information, maintaining the highest level of discretion and security * Aim to resolve issues on the first call, using proactive and effective communication skills * Appropriately communicate with customers, using clear and concise language **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional customer experiences. To be considered for this role, you'll need: * 6 months of customer service experience, with a minimum of 6 months of experience in a call center environment * Over 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent * Ability to type 25 wpm, with a comfort level using desktop computer systems * Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to recognize referral needs for customers * Ability to work in an environment free from paper and electronics (outside of arenaflex-provided equipment) * Ability to have a dedicated workspace free of distractions **What We Prefer** While not required, we prefer candidates with: * 6 months of call center experience, with a focus on logical problem-solving skills * Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends * Ability to use Windows operating systems, with a focus on organization and work prioritization skills **Work from Home Requirements** To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, we require: * Internet Connection Requirements: + Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 25.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms + Proof of internet speed required * Clean and quiet workspace, free from distractions and interruptions **Be Part of Our arenaflex Family** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a culture of inclusion and diversity, where everyone feels welcome and valued.
