As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing virtual platforms to test and verify solutions through simulations and emulations with high fidelity, using real software. You will partner with Product Teams, QA Manual Testing and Requirements Team, and internal Customers to ensure new Solutions meet their requirements. **Key Responsibilities** As a Quality Assurance Engineer - Virtual & Simulation Testing, you will be responsible for: * Developing, implementing, and simulating virtual platforms to virtually validate end-to-end solutions, with real-life software * Virtually ensuring that products meet required specifications for quality, function, operation, reliability, maintenance, training & learning, deployment, process- and MHE- integration, service and support prior to delivery * Identifying and setting appropriate quality standards and parameters for products * Communicating quality standards and parameters to the product team to include hardware, software, controls, and materials development teams * Coordinating simulations and testing processes * Identifying and analyzing issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommending and facilitating solutions to these issues * Connecting with internal customers (Operations, RME, ACES, PE, OpsEng, WWDE, etc.), reviewing client, customer, and user feedback * Maintaining compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree (BS) * 5+ years proven experience working with large cross-functional engineering teams with modelling, simulation, testing, integration, and/or quality assurance domain expertise * Proven experience in fulfillment systems with storage equipment, material handling systems, automated sortation system, and related automation equipment * Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to travel up to 70% to business locations and project sites **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems including robotics, and high-speed manufacturing * Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, operations, and management * Project managing skills to start projects and finish projects successfully **Skills and Competencies** * Strong attention to detail and analytical skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, iterative environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to travel up to 70% to business locations and project sites * Proficiency in simulation and testing tools and technologies * Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems including robotics, and high-speed manufacturing **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Quality Assurance Engineer - Virtual & Simulation Testing at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop your skills and expertise in the field of Mechatronics and Sustainable Packaging.
