We're now seeking highly skilled and compassionate Professional Telephone Receptionists to join our team in full-time and part-time capacities. Key Responsibilities Answer and relay telephone calls using our state-of-the-art telecommunications system, ensuring timely and effective communication. Provide pertinent information and/or take messages using our customized computer-based scripted messaging system, adhering to client and company procedures. Utilize good judgment and professional acumen to handle calls with empathy and care, making a positive impact on callers' experiences. Maintain punctual attendance for scheduled shifts, ensuring seamless coverage for our clients. Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and prioritizing tasks effectively. Essential Qualifications & Skills To excel in this role, you'll need: A minimum typing speed of 45 WPM, with the ability to ask pertinent questions and document caller responses accurately. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office 365, with hands-on experience with basic office equipment. A compassionate demeanor and professional attitude, with solid written and verbal communication skills. The ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise, with a positive and flexible attitude. A High School Diploma or Equivalent is required. While not required, bilingual Spanish skills are highly preferred. Work Environment & Schedule We're a remote team, and this role can be performed from the comfort of your own home. Our flexible scheduling accommodates a range of needs, with available shifts including: Full-time early morning positions (between 3:00 AM and 2:00 PM) Part-time morning positions (between 4:00 AM and 2:00 PM) Part-time evening positions (between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM) Split Shifts are also available for this position.
