Job Overview In this critical role, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of our pricing analytics and operations team through audits and process improvement activities. Your primary focus will be on auditing operations teams and system outputs, suggesting and implementing process and system improvements, and identifying emerging process performance trends. You will also be responsible for auditing, tracking, and maintaining the quality metrics of assigned processes, interacting with various stakeholders, including business, automation, and technology teams, to drive operational and system improvements. Key Responsibilities Audit operations teams and system outputs to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement Suggest and implement process and system improvements to enhance operational efficiency and quality Identify emerging process performance trends and develop strategies to address them Audit, track, and maintain quality metrics for assigned processes, ensuring compliance with established standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, automation, and technology teams, to drive operational and system improvements Develop and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to track process performance and quality metrics Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in process improvement and quality assurance, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
