With our support and guidance, you can achieve your career aspirations and become a leader in your field. **Responsibilities** As a Pre-Licensed Representative, you'll be responsible for: * **Resolving Complex Consumer Issues**: Use your excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve high-level consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on complex issues * **Assisting Policy Holders**: Provide support to policy holders with billing questions and concerns, as well as policy changes requested * **Supporting Policy Holder Needs**: Offer recommendations and adjust as necessary to meet policy holder needs **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional results.
