About the Role As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life and resolving complex consumer issues in a fast-paced environment. You will be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. With our comprehensive 5-day paid training program, you will be well-equipped to prepare for the State Insurance Exam and become a Licensed Insurance Agent. We will provide a Trainer, study materials, cover the cost, and schedule your state exam, and after you pass, we will support you in obtaining your license in the 50 states/territories we operate in. Key Responsibilities As a Pre-Licensed Representative, your key responsibilities will include: Resolving complex consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues Assisting policyholders with billing questions and concerns Providing support to policyholders with any policy changes requested Supporting policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary Qualifications We're looking for fearless people - people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
