About the Position We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Agent Services department as Customer Service Representatives. This role is based in our corporate office in Duluth, Georgia, with the option for remote or hybrid working schedules after completing the training period. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with term life policyholders and agents to address their inquiries, concerns, and needs. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for: Delivering exemplary customer service to policyholders and agents via phone, email, or other communication channels Addressing verbal and written inquiries regarding term life insurance policies, including billing, policy coverage, underwriting, and contract changes Identifying concerns, asking appropriate questions, and responding to inquiries in a concise and courteous manner Documenting all research findings thoroughly and performing corrections as needed Recognizing priority situations and notifying appropriate parties when necessary Maintaining knowledge of company products and procedures to provide accurate and helpful information to clients Communicating professionally with irate customers to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should have: At least 1 year of call center customer service experience (preferred but not required) A minimum high school diploma or GED Previous insurance or financial services experience (a plus) Excellent PC skills, including intermediate skills in Microsoft Word Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail Ability to maintain knowledge of company products and procedures Ability to communicate professionally with irate customers Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you should possess: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document information Ability to work independently and as part of a team Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
