About the Role As a Phone Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be at the forefront of our customer service operations, engaging directly with customers through phone calls and emails. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding service, resolving issues, answering product questions, and ensuring each interaction ends on a positive note. Your knowledge of our wellness and supplement products, combined with your ability to handle multiple administrative tasks, will be essential to providing exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Customer Inquiry Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via phone and email, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction. Product Expertise: Provide accurate and detailed information about our wellness and supplement products, guiding customers to make informed decisions and promoting our brand's mission. Order Management: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and addressing order-related questions, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Industry Knowledge: A genuine interest and knowledge in the health and wellness industry, with a passion for promoting healthy living and wellness practices. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of handling phone, email, and potential live chat interactions with professionalism and poise. Independence and Collaboration: The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote setting, with a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Schedule and Offer Details We're currently hiring 6 Phone Customer Service Representatives, with the following schedules available: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, Eastern time zone (1 rep needed) 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, Pacific time zone (1 rep needed) 8am-5pm, Saturday-Sunday AND three weekdays of your choosing, US time zone flexible (4 reps needed) Compensation is competitive, based on geographic location and experience.
