Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional support and service. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs, providing personalized solutions and recommendations as needed. Communicate effectively with customers, speaking in a pleasant tone, retaining composure, and gaining the confidence of the customer. Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve productivity standards and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services, promoting blithequark's offerings and enhancing the customer experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using computer systems and software to document and track customer information. Participate in ongoing training and development programs, enhancing your knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with blithequark's products, services, and policies. Work Environment and Location We offer flexible work arrangements, including the option to work remotely or from one of our facilities located in Boone, Des Moines, Tipton, or Wilton. If you prefer to work remotely, you will need to have a noise-free workspace and high-speed internet. We provide computer equipment and paid training to ensure that you have the tools and resources you need to succeed in this role. Please note that you must live within the state of Iowa, with a preference for candidates who reside within 60 miles of one of our locations. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems. A passion for helping others, with a customer-focused approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak in a pleasant tone, retain composure, and gain the confidence of the customer. Proficient ability to read, write, and speak the English language, with bilingual roles available for candidates who are fluent in both English and Spanish. Ability to identify and anticipate customer needs, with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues. Effectively prioritize work time to ensure productivity standards are achieved, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to meeting deadlines. Shift differential: 2nd Shift = $.75 for each paid hour if 50% or more of scheduled hours occur between 4pm-12am on a routine and reoccurring basis.
