Process transactions efficiently and accurately using our systems and tools, ensuring seamless and secure experiences for our customers. Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary, and ensuring that all customers receive a positive and satisfying experience. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and supportive work environment, fostering a culture of open communication, mutual respect, and teamwork. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Previous customer service experience preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively, empathize with customers, and respond effectively to their needs and concerns.
