Key Responsibilities As a Pharmacy Technician at arenaflex, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and clinical support to our customers and internal stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include: Answering incoming telephone calls from Customer Care associates on a daily basis and maintaining assigned metrics to ensure high-quality service delivery. Making outbound calls for various purposes, including urgent situations identified by our clinical pharmacist team, to ensure timely and effective communication. Assisting the clinical pharmacist team with outgoing calls to healthcare providers, pharmacies, and customers, leveraging your knowledge and expertise to provide valuable support. Providing guidance and feedback to Customer Care Associates using a consultative approach, contributing to the continuous development of staff knowledge and skills. Completing tickets to support the Customer Care Team and Clinical RPh team, ensuring seamless issue resolution and minimal delays. Maintaining an advanced understanding of all arenaflex policies, procedures, products, and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and updates. Monitoring and processing help desk assigned tasks daily, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and ensure efficient workflow. Serving as the primary point of contact for escalated calls by Customer Care Associates, handling complex issues with professionalism and resolving them in a timely manner. Managing the reporting of customer complaints, providing resolutions within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and escalating issues as necessary to ensure prompt attention. Investigating and reporting pharmacy errors, collaborating with the team to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. Staying informed about pharmacy laws and regulations nationwide, applying this knowledge to ensure compliance and adherence to industry standards. Acting as a point of contact for system or technology/software outages, notifying relevant parties and facilitating prompt resolution to minimize downtime. Maintaining the confidentiality of all customer information, adhering to strict data protection policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive data. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must possess: An active and unrestricted in-state Board of Pharmacy License (including Pharmacy Technician, Trainee, and Assistant Licenses). A high school or equivalent diploma, providing a foundation for further education and training in the field. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable: National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA), demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the profession.
