About the Role: Pharmacy Technician, Clinical Customer Care - Work From Home blithequark is seeking compassionate and dedicated Pharmacy Technicians to join our virtual Clinical Call Center team. As a Call Center Technician on this remote team, you will provide essential support to patients across various Retail Pharmacy settings, improving adherence and health outcomes for individuals managing chronic conditions such as Diabetes, Obesity, Respiratory Illnesses, and Chronic Kidney Disease. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to patients qualifying for adherence-based programs, providing timely and consistent communication, and one-on-one therapy support for medications. Address patient concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolutions to ensure patient satisfaction and program success. Identify clinical support needs and escalate calls to Pharmacists for further discussion on medication adherence barriers or clinical challenges. Use blithequark procedures and guidelines to handle patient prescription requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing. Utilize computer systems, software, and databases to accurately record patient information and interactions, call outcomes, program enrollments, and progress updates. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to patient privacy regulations and company policies during interactions and data handling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for program improvement and propose innovative ideas. Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors through regular meetings and updates. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Residency in Alaska, Florida, Idaho, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, or Washington due to regulatory compliance. Active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of residence. Ability to obtain a Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician license (requires tech education from a Florida Board-approved training program). 1+ year of experience in retail healthcare, preferably in a high-volume call center. Minimum of one consecutive year of experience in customer service. Stable and reliable internet connection. Preferred Qualifications: Prior Call Center experience. Previous experience working from home. Proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Windows-based applications and MS Office, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Bilingual in Spanish. Flexibility in work schedule. Education: Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. What We Offer Compensation and Benefits: The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $25.65 per hour. This range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade. The actual base salary offer will depend on factors such as experience, education, geography, and other relevant considerations. This position is eligible for a blithequark bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range.
