You will be responsible for registering sales, processing prescriptions, and providing excellent customer service to our patients and customers. This is a remote data entry position, and you will work from the comfort of your own home, using our secure and reliable systems to access our pharmacy data and perform your duties. **Key Responsibilities** * Registers sales on assigned sales register, provides customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service * Assists customers and patients by greeting them, offering help with products and services, and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience * Models and conveys excellent customer service best practices with all colleagues to deliver a unique and exceptional customer experience * Processes prescriptions, including entering patient and medication data, filling prescriptions, and verifying medication accuracy * Performs tasks as assigned by the Pharmacy Director, Staff Pharmacist, and Senior Supervisor, including using pharmacy systems to enter patient and medication data, and checking for potential interactions * Reports prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adheres to blithequark's policies and procedures regarding prescription errors and the Quality Improvement Program * Handles calls that do not require individual attention from the pharmacist, including those to doctors * Processes (revises and resubmits) manual claims for external program prescription services in a timely and efficient manner, and performs other administrative tasks as assigned by the Pharmacy Director * Assists and supports the Pharmacy Division on stock management activities, including ordering, unloading, checking, and storing shipments of medications * Maintains knowledge of blithequark's resource security methods, and records claims for distribution center overages (stock received, but not charged), deficiencies (stock charged, but not received), order errors, or damaged products, including Rx medications * Ensures compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled substances (e.g., cocktails and tobacco products) * Builds and maintains displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special displays, and completes resets and corrections as assigned * Assists with the division of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product placement as determined by strategies/methods (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves) * Has working knowledge of store systems and store equipment * Provides customer service in the photo area, including digital identification photo service, banner print, and creative machine, and sells special photo items * Takes on web pick-up responsibilities (screens orders in Picture Care, handles requests, and delivers orders to customers as they arrive at the store) * Assists with outside and inside maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and well-organized store condition and appearance * Adheres to all blithequark policies and procedures;
