As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for accurately entering payroll data, preparing reports, and providing exceptional customer service. If you're a detail-oriented individual with a passion for payroll and data entry, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** As a Payroll Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Entering payroll data into multiple systems, including pre and post-sales information, order fulfillment, payment processing, and order accuracy verification * Initiating new service order requests, coordinating, and tracking product/service installation processes * Supporting and leading ad hoc projects generated by Cox Sales Channels * Preparing reports as requested * Educating customers on arenaflex products and services * Meeting or exceeding critical monthly performance standards, including data entry accuracy and productivity * Drafting routine client and/or customer correspondence * Responding to questions, helping resolve problems, and directing calls to appropriate resources * Completing special operational and client projects as assigned * Acting as a liaison and coordinator with other departments, outside vendors, and external customers * Providing order activity updates to Sales Support Manager or Supervisor * Coordinating and processing off-line orders coming through G2B, E-commerce, Friends and Family * Acting as backup phone support during periods of high call volume or point of contact for customers in the absence of the sales force **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A High School diploma or equivalent * 2-5 years of experience in payroll data entry or a related field * Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, including intermediate-level skills * Experience with data entry, including payroll and commission backgrounds * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to meet or exceed critical monthly performance standards **Preferred Qualifications** * 1 year of experience in payroll or a related field * Experience with G2B, E-commerce, Friends and Family, or other online platforms * Knowledge of payroll software and systems * Experience with customer service and sales support **What We Offer** As a Payroll Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Competitive salary * Health, dental, and vision benefits * Short and long-term disability and critical care/illness protection * Life insurance and retirement plans * Employee assistance program * Opportunity to work with game-changing clients and advance your experience in the telecom industry * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Ongoing career support and development opportunities **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're passionate about building strong relationships and delivering exceptional results.
