As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be empowered to make a difference in the lives of patients and their families, while also developing new skills and pursuing career-building opportunities. **Responsibilities:** As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be responsible for: * Answering 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance carriers, providing empathetic and solution-focused support to resolve their inquiries and concerns. * Initiating payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of financial matters. * Utilizing multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating a proactive and customer-centric approach. * Maintaining performance goals, including productivity and quality metrics, to ensure exceptional customer experiences. * Becoming proficient with processes after completing a structured training program, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** To succeed in this role, you will need: * The ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation. * Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all interactions and tasks. * Excellent organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. * Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications, including our proprietary systems and software. * Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. **Requirements:** To be considered for this role, you will need: * A High School Diploma or equivalent. * A dedicated work-from-home space, with a reliable internet connection and necessary equipment. * The ability to manage time and tasks independently, while maintaining productivity and meeting performance goals. * Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus, but not required. **Technical Requirements:** To ensure seamless communication and data entry, you will need: * An internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second. * No satellite internet, as this may impact connectivity and performance. * The ability to connect equipment to a router/modem using an Ethernet cord, rather than Wi-Fi or mobile routers. **Why Join arenaflex's Patient Customer Service Team?** As a Customer Service Support Representative at arenaflex, you will enjoy: * A work-from-home opportunity, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and work environment. * Quarterly variable bonus potential, recognizing your contributions to exceptional customer experiences. * Generous paid time off, ensuring you have time to recharge and pursue your interests. * Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Options, as well as Flexible Spending Accounts and 401(k) and Employee Stock Purchase plans. * No Charge Lab Testing, Fitness Reimbursement Program, and many more incentives to support your well-being and career growth. **Pay Range:** The pay range for this role is $15.25-$21.00 per hour, or the state/local minimum wage, if higher.
