Key Responsibilities Provide timely and effective support to clients via email, chat, phone, and web-based tools, addressing technical, logistical, and administrative queries. Accurately identify and troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues in a fast-paced environment, escalating complex problems to internal team members as needed. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our programs, learning content, and technical products, with a willingness to continuously learn and improve. Monitor live online video conferencing events and offer immediate assistance to participants, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience. Collaborate with internal teams to improve the quality of our support and service, driving customer satisfaction and success. Essential Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a SaaS company or product/technology division. Poise and professionalism in communicating with high-level executives from around the world, with executive support experience being a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences and scenarios. Familiarity with Salesforce (or other CRM), website backend/administrative interfaces, cloud-based tools, and help desk software. Outstanding task management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Fluency in Spanish, French, or Japanese is highly valued, as we support a global client base. Experience working with executives or businesses, with a strong understanding of their needs and expectations. Technical expertise in SaaS/product or application settings, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
