Livingood Daily is a company focused on providing natural health solutions and is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to enhance their lifecycle marketing efforts. This role involves executing and optimizing customer communication programs across email, SMS, and push notifications to drive acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. Responsibilities • Execute the email, SMS, and push notification strategy by building and optimizing campaigns, flows, segmentation, deliverability, and channel performance to support lifecycle goals • Own end-to-end execution of email and SMS initiatives, including template building or HTML, copywriting support, asset coordination, QA, and deployment • Provide oversight and day-to-day management of the email marketing agency, ensuring output quality, on-time delivery, and alignment with strategy, brand, and performance goals • Manage and maintain the communications calendar across email, SMS, and push notifications • Develop and execute lifecycle programs that support onboarding, education, repeat purchase, subscription adoption, and churn reduction • Design and implement sophisticated automated email workflows, ensuring timely and relevant communications throughout the customer lifecycle • Develop customer segmentation strategies based on behavior, purchase history, and engagement metrics, driving personalized messaging that resonates with distinct customer segments • Leverage customer insights to create dynamic, personalized content, ensuring emails are tailored based on individual customer behavior • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, including open rate, click-through rate, revenue, engagement, unsubscribes, and deliverability • Implement A/B testing and experimentation across subject lines, content, CTAs, timing, and segmentation to continuously improve campaign effectiveness • Produce regular reporting and executive-ready summaries, providing insights, learnings, and recommendations to inform strategy • Coordinate with creative, growth marketing, product and customer experience teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey and consistent messaging across all touchpoints • Ensure email, SMS, and push programs comply with relevant regulations, privacy requirements, and platform best practices • Ensure list hygiene and manage subscriber data, optimizing segmentation standards for better campaign targeting and effectiveness • Stay current on trends and best practices in e-commerce, lifecycle marketing, loyalty, and mobile engagement, identifying new opportunities for growth Skills • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on email and SMS marketing experience for a Direct-to-Consumer ecommerce brand • Bachelor's degree required • Proven experience working within Klaviyo • Experience with Shopify • Demonstrated hands on experience creating, deploying, and optimizing email and SMS campaigns and flows, including QA and testing • Experience managing and coordinating with external agencies or vendors, with the ability to review work, provide feedback, and fill execution gaps as needed • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing fundamentals, including consumer journeys, onboarding, retention, and segmentation strategy • Ability to manage technical improvements and integrations within CRM platforms, including data flows, events, and customer attributes • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex performance data into clear insights, summaries, and actionable recommendations • Excellent attention to detail with a demonstrated QA mindset across content, links, logic, and deliverability • Ability to independently prioritize time and manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment • Experience with subscription platforms such as Loop or similar tools • Must be able to work Eastern Standard Time hours • Strong copywriting skills are a plus • Loyalty or rewards program experience is a plus • Mobile app or push notification marketing experience is a plus Benefits • 100% Remote Work • PTO • Medical, Vision and Dental Insurance • 401k + Employer Match • Short Term Disability • Supplement Discount Company Overview • Livingood Daily provides wellness services, supplements, and health guides focused on clean eating and lifestyle improvement.
