Our commitment to helping people get well and live healthier is at the heart of everything we do. **Job Summary** As a Remote Medical Customer Service Specialist – part time, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and families while navigating complex medical revenue cycle processes. You'll work closely with our team to ensure timely and accurate resolution of patient issues, maintain a working knowledge of workflow systems, and perform various administrative tasks as needed.
