This team is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving operational issues on transport category aircraft, and you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve our goals. **Key Responsibilities** • **Stay Informed of Day-to-Day Operations**: You'll be responsible for staying up-to-date on day-to-day airline operations, including field of responsibility, and assessing daily priorities in accordance with airline/departmental objectives and management directives. • **Investigate Aircraft/Component Problems**: You'll investigate aircraft/component problems that may cause delays or cancellations, substantial expenditures in manpower or materials, or interruptions in maintenance operations, and determine appropriate corrective actions. • **Provide Engineering Support**: You'll provide engineering support as required for disposition of discrepant conditions affecting aircraft or components in order to restore serviceable status. • **Respond to Requests from Maintenance and Other Departments**: You'll respond to requests from Maintenance and other airline departments when technical assistance is required to support projects or resolve problems. • **Develop Action Plans for Fleet/Multi-Fleet and/or Component Engineering Projects**: You'll develop action plans for fleet/multi-fleet and/or component engineering projects and pursue final dispositions according to
