This team is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving operational issues on transport category aircraft, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet. • You'll have the opportunity to work on various aircraft systems, improving associated reliability through project management, and contributing to the development of customized procedures for repairs, modifications, inspections, or other maintenance actions. • Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers, and as a part-time remote data entry specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. **What You'll Do** As an Engineer L2, you'll be responsible for: • Staying informed of day-to-day airline operations, including field of responsibility, and assessing daily priorities in accordance with airline/departmental objectives and management directives. • Investigating aircraft/component problems that may cause delays or cancellations, substantial expenditures in manpower or materials, or interruptions in maintenance operations, and determining appropriate corrective actions. • Providing Engineering support as required for disposition of discrepant conditions affecting aircraft or components, and responding to requests from Maintenance and other airline departments when technical assistance is required to support projects or resolve problems. • Developing action plans for fleet/multi-fleet and/or component engineering projects and pursuing final dispositions according to assessed priorities. • Coordinating with other airline departments, as required, to provide for effective and efficient implementation of engineering dispositions. • Preparing Engineering documents to implement technical dispositions, providing customized procedures for repairs, modifications, inspections, or other maintenance actions that provide benefits in accordance with airline/departmental objectives and management directives. **Essential Qualifications** • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in the aviation industry. • Strong understanding of aircraft systems and maintenance procedures. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications. **Preferred Qualifications** • Master's degree in Engineering or a related field. • Experience with project management and engineering documentation. • Familiarity with airline operations and maintenance procedures. • Certification in a related field, such as aircraft maintenance or engineering. **Skills and Competencies** • Strong technical knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance procedures. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications. • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
