As a data scientist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from predictive modeling and data mining to data visualization and business intelligence. You'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing insights that drive business decisions. If you're a data enthusiast with a passion for business intelligence, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Execute solutions for business problems using data analysis, data mining, data visualization, statistical modeling, and AI techniques * Continuously develop and showcase improved analysis strategies * Possess strong skills and be comfortable with working with data and working from idea through to execution * Identify a business issue and the available data, and determine what analysis and modeling procedures can be applied to answer a business question * This position is subject to local conditions and requirements. Ltd - a fully owned subsidiary of arenaflex Inc. * arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer. arenaflex initiates, employs, trains, adjusts, and promotes without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, physical ability, age, veteran status, and other protected status as required by applicable law. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Math, Statistics, Operations Research, or MBA * At least 2+ years of experience in data science/AI * Demonstrated comfort and academic interest in working with extremely large datasets, and experience in predictive modeling * Strong knowledge of either R or Python * Familiarity with controlling and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from various sources to identify patterns and relationships * Understanding of how and when to apply predictive and AI techniques like linear regression, random forests, GBM, neural networks, SVM, etc. * Ability to use data set querying tools and be able to write complex queries and techniques using Teradata SQL or Microsoft TSQL * Hands-on experience in using Big Data environments (Hadoop/Spark), API Gateways, and unstructured data will be an added advantage * Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis and calculations in a clear, accurate, and compelling way * Show written and spoken English proficiency * Approximately 4 months of travel to US in a year * Should be legally authorized to work in India for any business without sponsorship * Successful completion of interview expected to meet work capability * Reliable, consistent attendance is a fundamental requirement of the position * Should be conversant in English and Hindi (written and spoken) * Successful completion of interview expected to meet work capability * Reliable, consistent attendance is a fundamental requirement of the position **Preferred Qualifications** * Graduate degree in a quantitative field like Math, Statistics, Operations Research, or MBA * Experience in using data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js * Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud * Experience in using machine learning libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch * Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles * Experience in working with large, distributed data sets and high-performance computing environments **Work Environment and Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, diverse, and supportive.
