Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry, utilizing your organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output to maintain the highest level of data integrity. Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents, demonstrating your ability to problem-solve and think critically. Scanning documents and printing files as needed, while ensuring the proper use of office equipment and addressing any malfunctions that may arise. Maintaining confidentiality of all information, adhering to data integrity and security policies, and responding to queries for information in a professional and timely manner. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk, although no prior experience is necessary for the right candidate. Experience with MS Office and data programs, including spreadsheets and online forms, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
