Job Overview Key Responsibilities Inputting and verifying data into our database system accurately and efficiently, ensuring data integrity and protection by following established procedures. Maintaining and updating records and files as needed, both physical and digital, to ensure organization and accessibility. Generating reports from the database for analysis and review, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions. Conducting regular audits to spot and correct data inaccuracies or inconsistencies, ensuring the highest level of data quality. Assisting with the organization and management of physical and digital files, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless data flow and communication, providing excellent verbal and written communication skills. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in basic skills and knowledge. Proficiency in using database management systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
