The Part Time Data Entry Clerk role is a vital part of our administrative support team, responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of invoices, verification of GL coding, and performing various administrative tasks. About the Role and Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including: Invoicing Management: Process all incoming invoices in INFOR, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and perform electronic and paper filing of processed invoices. GL Coding Verification: Verify GL coding, create purchase orders as needed, and route them for approval, ensuring compliance with our financial policies and procedures. Document Management: Receive, stamp, and distribute incoming invoices for approval, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all invoices and related documents. Administrative Support: Assist the Admin Office Manager with various duties as needed, providing exceptional support and ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced data entry professional who is able to work independently with minimal supervision, and has a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Data Entry Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency. 10-Key by Touch: Preference will be given to candidates who possess 10-key by touch skills, and are able to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Computer Literacy: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and experience with other software applications, including INFOR. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels. Office Equipment Familiarity: Familiarity with various office equipment, including printers, scanners, and fax machines. Certification in Data Entry or Accounting: Certification in data entry or accounting, such as a Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) or Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation.
