Job Overview We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team on a Delta Airlines project. This is a two-week project that begins on October 21, and we're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Making outbound phone calls to potential voters to collect survey data, requiring drive and determination. Handling objections professionally to ensure survey completion. Accurately entering survey responses into the system with a high level of attention to detail. Responding quickly and effectively to changing circumstances during calls. Communicating clearly and precisely to answer survey questions and record responses. Typing quickly and accurately for fast data entry. Demonstrating a proactive and committed attitude to achieving campaign objectives. Adapting to changing shifts on a case-by-case basis. Essential Qualifications Prior work experience in a high-volume, high-quality environment in customer service, sales, or survey support. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to think quickly and respond effectively to changing circumstances. Strong typing skills for fast and accurate data entry. Determination and commitment to achieving campaign objectives. Proficiency in English language - understanding, spoken, and written. Preferred Qualifications Experience working on political campaigns or public opinion research. Knowledge of customer service software and technology. Ability to work in a quiet and dedicated workspace. Technical Requirements A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps. A dual-core processor and at least 8GB of RAM on a PC, Mac, or Linux-based laptop or desktop. A headset and webcam. A quiet and dedicated workspace.
