Position Summary As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive excellent service and support. You will be responsible for assisting both new and existing customers by answering questions, processing changes to policies, handling billing inquiries, and supporting sales efforts when needed. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring that all clients receive personalized support and attention Assist clients with policy changes, billing inquiries, claims, and general insurance questions, utilizing your knowledge of insurance products and services to provide accurate and helpful information Educate clients on available coverages, products, and discounts, helping them to make informed decisions about their insurance needs Maintain accurate records in our CRM and carrier systems, ensuring that all client information is up-to-date and easily accessible Collaborate with agents and producers to ensure seamless customer experience, working together to provide comprehensive support and service to our clients Support retention efforts by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, helping to drive business growth and expansion Translate documents and communicate with Spanish-speaking clients to ensure full understanding of policy details, providing language support and assistance as needed Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that align with our company values and mission.
