Job Summary As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers' experience is exceptional. You will work with a creative team to guarantee that our clients' stuff and freight arrive safely and on time, driving a positive client experience. Your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: Securely lift, load, dump, and transport luggage, mail, and freight to and from aircraft, ensuring on-time connections and directing incoming and departing aircraft from gate positions. Defend freight, luggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions. Operate ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in congested areas. Repeatedly lift and load luggage onto trucks, ensuring each package reaches its destination. Utilize scanners and computers to guarantee accurate routing of items and freight to passengers' destinations. Practice safety-conscious behaviors in every operational cycle and procedure. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Valid driver's license. Proficiency in English. Basic computer skills. Strong verbal communication skills. Ability to frequently lift packages or items weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to occasionally lift packages or items weighing between 50 and 70 pounds. Flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays in various weather conditions. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
