Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a key contributor to our team, you will field customer inquiries, find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. Responsibilities Your responsibilities as a Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative will include: Connect with customers via phone to resolve their questions, issues, or concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Escalate/transfer/complete conference calls to banks, loan originators, financial institutions, and more, as needed. Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, using your problem-solving skills and knowledge of financial products and services. Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Provide feedback on call issues to help us improve our processes and services. Qualifications We are looking for fearless and inspired individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. To be successful in this role, you will need: Bilingual Spanish/English skills , with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages. High School Diploma or GED , with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience. 6 months of Call Center experience is preferred, but not required. Ability to type 25 wpm , with comfort using desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems. Proven oral and written communication skills , with logical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Availability to work various shifts , including evenings and weekends, as needed. Strong listening skills , with the ability to stay composed and objective in a fast-paced environment. Work from Home Requirements To work from home with blithequark, you will need to meet the following requirements: Internet Connection Requirements : A minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps, with an ISP that has no packet loss and ping under 50ms. Proof of internet speed will be required to ensure that you can maintain a stable and secure connection. Clean and quiet workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions, with a dedicated area for working.
