Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Digital Campaign Manager to join our Client Services team at arenaflex. As a Digital Campaign Manager, you will play a critical role in leading the planning and execution of digital advertising campaigns across our portfolio of brands, including video, display, and social media. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the highest level of campaign performance and quality. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of Digital Campaign Coordinators in supporting assigned sales representatives and clients through all stages of the campaign lifecycle, from planning to invoicing Develop and execute effective media plans that maximize revenue and deliver exceptional client results Assign team responsibilities and contribute to campaign management, including stock forecasting, media plan creation, order entry, trafficking, optimization, reporting, and invoicing Ensure that the Account Manager is fully trained on campaign execution and able to address all related questions and concerns Act as the primary point of contact for any escalations on complex issues or requests related to inventory, ad products, or campaigns Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Accounting teams to track revenue and ensure accurate invoicing Investigate and resolve ad delivery, ad quality, and technical issues, liaising with global Ad Platforms support as needed Test potential ad tech vendor integrations and provide feedback on contract negotiations Ideate, implement, review, and optimize operational processes that drive quality and efficiency Analyze usage and performance of digital inventory to develop strategies and products that maximize revenue yield Mentor, train, and develop talent, including onboarding new hires Create and update internal documentation to outline processes and best practices Collaborate with regional teams and act as a local center of excellence for other offices across EMEA Maintain expertise in arenaflex's ad tech stack and ecosystem, and stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A graduate degree or equivalent experience At least 3 years of overall experience in the advertising industry, either publisher/agency side or in ad tech Team management experience Expertise in defining and optimizing processes Proven ability in negotiating, planning, and managing ad campaigns for display and video across websites, apps, social platforms, and connected TV environments Demonstrated ability in activating campaigns, creating accurate and relevant insights, and optimizing performance Solid understanding of programmatic advertising, technologies that power it, and key vendors in the space Familiarity with general data security and privacy requirements related to digital advertising Ability to represent the company in external meetings and events Media or entertainment brand experience is desirable, as is knowledge of the processes and procedures of a global corporation Proficiency in ad management systems (e.g., Google Ad Manager), ad server systems (e.g., DV360), and management of Creative Labels and Tracking to support and lead the assigned team Knowledge of Massive activation for digital campaigns and related requirements Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates who
