About the Role As a part-time Customer Care Associate at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support to our diverse customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions to ensure a seamless package delivery experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery. Key Responsibilities: Talk with customers about the delivery of their packages, handling phone calls, researching, and problem-solving to ensure smooth package delivery Document the delivery flow of a package into our tracking system Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery Partner with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience Troubleshoot, research, resolve, or escalate issues as necessary Participate in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business What We Offer At blithequark, we believe in rewarding our employees for their hard work and dedication.
