Job Overview We are seeking part-time Customer Care Associates to work remotely and provide top-notch support to our clients and customers. As a Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling phone calls, researching and problem-solving to ensure smooth package delivery, and documenting the delivery flow of packages into our tracking system.
