Key Responsibilities: Talk with customers about the delivery of their packages, handling phone calls, researching, and problem-solving to ensure smooth package delivery. Document the delivery flow of a package into our tracking system. Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery. Partner with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience. Troubleshoot, research, resolve, or escalate issues as necessary. Requirements for Success To be a successful Customer Care Associate at blithequark, you will need: The ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call. Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills of 30 wpm (including 10-key). The ability to talk with customers, listen attentively to concerns, express empathy, and research problems for resolution. A reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM.
