Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing prompt and courteous support to our health plan members and representatives. Your primary responsibility will be to address inquiries about our transportation services, ensuring that every caller receives accurate and helpful information. We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, empathy, patience, and attention to detail to join our team. If you are fluent in English and have Spanish language skills, that's a plus! Our ideal candidate is someone who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling high call volumes while maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from health plan members and representatives regarding transportation services offered through our health plan, providing timely and accurate information to resolve inquiries and concerns. Meet or exceed productivity metric goals, including Average Handle Time, Quality Assurance, Calls per hour, and Customer Satisfaction after-call survey, to ensure that our service standards are consistently met. Follow all HIPAA and compliance protocols to ensure the protection of all members' protected health information (PHI), maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and integrity. Escalate transportation and customer service concerns to the contact center leadership team, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and effectively. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 6 months of inbound Contact Center experience or transferable healthcare experience. A High School degree or equivalent is required, and you must be able to sit for 4 hours or more a day wearing a headset. We also require that you have a secure, quiet, distraction-free workspace, without any conflicting responsibilities during scheduled work shifts. Additionally, you will need to have a reliable computer with a download speed of 80 to 100-mbps and an upload speed of 12 to 20-mbps. Essential Qualifications Excellent written, communication, and data entry skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Moderate experience in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Word, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software applications. Ability to adapt to high and fast-paced call volumes, maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Spanish language fluency, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking members and representatives. Previous experience in a healthcare or transportation-related field, with knowledge of relevant regulations and protocols. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
