About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated Admin and Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is a unique blend of administrative tasks and customer service responsibilities, with a strong focus on maintaining excellent communication with our customers and coordinating seamlessly with our Amish team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our farm and contributing to our mission of bringing high-quality, nutrient-dense food to our community. Key Responsibilities In this part-time remote position, you will be working 4 hours a day, with an additional 6 hours on-call, as a long-term contract on Upwork. Your responsibilities will include: Administration & Data Entry: Perform data entry for dairy cow sheets and conduct weekly analysis to ensure accurate records and informed decision-making. Handle applications and submit necessary forms in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain calendars and schedule appointments to ensure smooth coordination and communication. Assist with human resources tasks, including handbook updates and paperwork, to support the growth and development of our team. Organize and manage our Google Drive to ensure easy access to important documents and information. Customer Service: Manage customer emails, calls, and texts in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service and support. Answer calls, texts, and social media inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, addressing customer concerns and questions. Coordinate with our Amish team to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service. Schedule deliveries and manage customer communication regarding raw milk herdshares, ensuring clear and effective communication. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Strong Organizational Skills: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate records and calendars. Excellent Communication Skills: Both written and verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, our Amish team, and other stakeholders. Experience in Administration and Customer Service: Previous experience in administration and customer service is required, with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service and support. Proficient in Google Drive and Other Office Applications: The ability to use Google Drive and other office applications efficiently and effectively is essential, with a strong understanding of data entry and analysis. Ability to Work Independently and Manage Time Effectively: The ability to work independently and manage time effectively is crucial, with a strong focus on prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
