You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving client complaints and inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks. If you are a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused individual with a passion for pharmacy and customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities** * Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including but not limited to: + Answering phones and responding to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries + Handling and resolving client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner + Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times + Clarifying orders as needed * Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner * Collaborate with the Data Entry Manager and other team members to ensure seamless execution of pharmacy operations * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including but not limited to: + Client information + Order history + Communication logs **Requirements** * Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License * Previous experience in pharmacy, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience preferred * LTC pharmacy experience a plus * Knowledge of brand name and generic medications * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Moderate to advanced computer skills required, including but not limited to: + Microsoft Office Suite + Pharmacy management software * Great telephone etiquette a must * Frameworks/ECM knowledge a plus * High school diploma or equivalent **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Familiarity with cloud-based software and tools * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefit package * Flexible scheduling and remote work opportunities * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive training and support **Work Environment and Culture** At blithequark, we value diversity, inclusivity, and collaboration.
