About the Role We're seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner Work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of calls and requests Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, consistently providing clear and concise information to customers Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing customer dissatisfaction Adapt to fast-changing guidelines and procedures, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information, ensuring they feel supported and informed Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, continuously striving for excellence Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: A high school diploma or G.E.D.
