Job Overview As a Customer Education Consultant at blithequark, you will play a vital role in our Customer Education team, working closely with our Customer Training Managers and the Director of Professional Learning. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate top-quality training experiences that help educators apply learning to practices for lasting growth. You will customize and deliver on-site and virtual product training and professional learning, ensuring that our clients' needs are met and exceeded. Key Responsibilities Learn and become an expert in blithequark solutions, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in educational technology. Customize and deliver engaging on-site and virtual product training and professional learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of our clients. Differentiate training on the spot to ensure high engagement and meet learning goals, demonstrating adaptability and a deep understanding of adult learning principles. Engage in an internal cycle of reflection, feedback, and development, including observations, client evaluations, and coaching to continuously improve your skills and performance. Prepare for training engagements by collaborating with blithequark team members, customizing training materials, and learning about the specific needs and goals of each client. Document and submit detailed training notes, maintaining accurate records and providing valuable insights for future improvements. Present a professional image to clients at all times, embodying the values and mission of blithequark and contributing to a positive and supportive learning environment. Qualifications and Requirements To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess: A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in educational principles and practices. At least 5 years of professional experience in facilitating or delivering professional development, with a proven track record of success in educating adults. Prior experience in K-12 education, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by educators and students in this sector. Experience with educational technology, including familiarity with blithequark solutions or similar products, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and platforms. Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences. A high level of attention to detail, proven organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. A growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement, with a passion for learning and professional development. Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of presentation tools, online meeting programs, and productivity applications such as Microsoft Office 365 and Google Suite. The ability to travel and arrange lodging and transportation, as well as the use of a personal device with the willingness to install company applications. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Deep knowledge of and experience with MTSS, Science of Reading, assessment, analytics, and data visualization tools. Experience delivering training across various in-person and virtual modalities, including webinars and online courses. A strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to design and deliver engaging, interactive training experiences.
