About the Role We are seeking an experienced Part Time Licensed Insurance Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our insurance service and retention team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing expert advice on coverage options, and implementing retention strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
