Job Overview In this critical role, you will serve as a key support member, assisting various team members across our organization with data entry tasks utilizing Google Sheets. Your expertise in Google Sheets, tables, and formatting will be essential in ensuring the efficient and accurate completion of tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines, ideally completing tasks within the same day of assignment. Key Responsibilities: Provide data entry support to different team members using Google Sheets, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines. Demonstrate proficiency in Google Sheets, including advanced functions such as data manipulation, formatting, and data analysis. Utilize Slack for communication and task management, ensuring seamless collaboration with the team and prompt completion of assigned tasks. Scrape data from LinkedIn, requiring an active LinkedIn account to access certain pages and ensure data integrity. Maintain detailed logs of completed tasks on Slack, ensuring transparency and facilitating team coordination. Requirements and Qualifications To excel in this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications: Exceptional skills in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and data entry, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and systems. Previous experience in Data Entry, Administration, or related fields, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in data entry and management. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets functions, including macros, scripts, and add-ons. Experience with data scraping tools and techniques, particularly from LinkedIn. Familiarity with project management tools, such as Slack, Trello, or Asana. Basic understanding of data analysis principles and practices.
