Job Overview This remote position is responsible for assisting with return mail operations, including triaging, identifying, and querying new address information for correspondence using a variety of internal and external resources and databases. As a Data Entry Associate Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our address verification processes, and providing exceptional customer service to our members through outbound phone calls.
