Schedule and Work Arrangements As a part-time Data Entry Claims Intake Processor at Blithequark, you will work 34 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours between 8am and 4:30pm CST. This position can be fully remote, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities As a Data Entry Claims Intake Processor at Blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Accurately entering data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests submitted by healthcare providers. Expeditiously and efficiently entering data to meet client turnaround times. Navigating efficiently and effectively through imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry. Differentiating between different claim types and following the appropriate data entry guidelines. Accurately identifying specific document types that require special handling. Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure that work is completed in accordance with designated turnaround times. Supporting additional workflows as needed due to internal or external requirements. Additional Responsibilities In addition to your primary responsibilities, you may also be required to: Perform quality reviews of other team members' claims/authorizations according to established data entry guidelines. Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing additional responsibilities as needed. Alert management of potential issues upon identification of discrepancies. Provide recommendations on process improvements to increase efficiencies as appropriate. Requirements and Qualifications To be a successful candidate for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: Education, Licenses, and Certificates High school diploma or equivalent. Experience 6 months or more of experience in a data entry or typing-focused role. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong data entry/typing skills. Excellent attention to detail. High degree of accuracy. Assessment and Evaluation If selected for further consideration, candidates will be required to complete an online alphanumeric data entry assessment. A minimum of 8,200 KSPH with a 98% accuracy rate is required for this position.
