Job Summary We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Live Chat Support representatives. As a Live Chat Support representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, offering assistance and solutions via live chat. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency in written English, and basic computer skills. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate and timely information to customers. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers. Document customer interactions and follow up on issues that require further attention. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience with Blithequark.
