About This Role arenaflex is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Investment Protection Center (IPC) within the Wealth and Investment Management Division. As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve clients with brokerage accounts over the phone, acting as a front-line problem solver and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Work in a contact center environment to promote products and financial services, providing exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex customer issues. Provide initial problem resolution by identifying opportunities for customer service improvement and proposing strategies to resolve internal and external customer issues. Manage risks by following all policies and procedures, staying informed of changes, and maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism. Offer advice on digital services, such as online submission of declarations and other documents, electronic signature documents, and other digital opportunities. Eligibility Criteria Two or more years of customer service, financial services, or equivalent experience demonstrated by one or more of the following: employment, training, military, or education. Desired Qualifications In-depth industry knowledge and the ability to conduct extensive research to resolve complex client questions. Effective verbal, written, and personal communication skills, with the ability to monitor multiple computer windows, applications, and use search tools to find information. Ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders and customers, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Basic Microsoft Office skills and the ability to resolve computer problems. Ability to negotiate digital improvements to deliver a better customer experience. Brokerage experience and knowledge of investment terminology. BS/BA degree or higher.
