As a representative of arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, and your warm and welcoming demeanor will set the tone for their travel experience. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, both in-person and over the phone * Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Working in a team environment to ensure the smooth operation of our airport stations * Managing cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets * Processing transactions, making change, and balancing daily sales * Handling overages or shortages, and resolving any discrepancies * Inspecting baggage and freight, and answering phone calls to provide information to guests, page clients, resolve issues or objections, and assist on a case-by-case basis * Managing misused clients due to oversells, delayed or cancelled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage * Resolving issues quickly and within the guidelines set by the organization * Providing current and accurate fare, schedule, reservation, flight departure/arrival information, and answering general questions from clients and other guests at the airport * Completing forms and reports as required by the organization * Writing anomaly and complaint reports as needed **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree * Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed to meet the needs of the job * Ability to understand records, follow guidelines, learn and comprehend tagging methodology, rules, and regulations * Ability to work with others as part of a team, meet the public, and work under stressful circumstances * Ability to complete the Customer Support Specialist training program with an 80% or higher average and a passing assessment period * Knowledge of hazardous situations and ability to handle crises on a case-by-case basis * Ability to work under close time constraints to achieve fast turnaround of aircraft * Ability to give a well-groomed appearance in understanding the Ground Tasks Worker Handbook and Work Schedule * Ability to perform all job duties within a confined space * Ability to communicate verbally by phone, in-person, and on public address systems * Good written and oral communication skills * Ability to communicate information and guidelines verbally or through radio equipment **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment * Knowledge of airline operations and procedures * Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Familiarity with computerized retail location systems and other technology used in the airline industry **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career in a dynamic and growing industry.
